General conditions
Included in the price: VAT, outdoor private parking, garage motorcycles, ski/bike room (individual lockers with integrated ski boot dryers), bed linen and towels with weekly change in case of a long stay (starting from 2 weeks), fibre optic WI-FI connection, use of laundry facilities, final cleaning.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 2.30 per person (starting from 14 years old) per day.
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets (no puppies) at the price of 10 euro per pet per day, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the apartment and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit of 150 euro per apartment. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit should be transferred to the following bank account:

To settle the final bill you can use cash (up to 2999 euro), bank transfer, bank cheques and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). In case of late arrival or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
Apartments and rooms are available from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Upon request and availability, it is possible to book late check-out and use the apartment until midday at the price of 50 euro.
Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Sports equipment (bikes, skis, snowboards, ski boots, etc.) should be left in the depot, it is not allowed to take it into the apartment and/or to climb the stairs with your ski boots on. The guests are also kindly asked to take off the bike shoes (especially those with metal cleats) before entering the apartment in order to avoid damaging parquet floors.
